You know the say i whant to keap anamies closer then friends So watch out for those so called friends
Besides sending Google an email, make sure you also back up your log files of your site. In case you get banned you can use these logs to demonstrate where the visitors came from.
the bottom is line ..don't ever tell anyone you own any websites on the internet, especially site with google adsense ads on it to be on a safe side
You don't need such friends. What kind of friends would click on ads knowing you will probably be banned?
Because they're jealous. Also, if you happen to tell that you might earn money from the ads, don't tell them NOT to click them because they probably WILL click them. Sometimes people are just like kids, tell them they're not allowed to do something and they'll do it anyway just because of the kick they got when they were 5 (ooooh, i did something i wasn't allowed to, now i'm cool). Better yet, don't even mention the ads or site at all (or redirect their ip's ).
I think this guy is making this stuff up. People who make their income online don't have friends. Or is that just me?
I gave my 13 year old son an adsense site last year for his birthday (it was a big hit) so he could start learning this game. He tells every one he knows about it. BUT He knows not to tell his friends about the money part or it comes down that same day. So far so good.
Thats why this is a business for adults and not children, Next time, do yourself a huge favor, and don't give your friends so much information. Do they even realize they could technically be taking hundreds of thousands of dollars out of your hands by ruining your adsense accounts?
Friends clicking your ads would not even make a blip on a six figure adsense account, you wouldn't get banned...
I know how you feel. It happened to a friend of mine too. He was banned before he could send the email to google. So if you have not sent do so real quick.
If you spend as much time on the internet like me then you will not have friends Jondoe0069. The thing to do is to do about 1 - 2 years hard work and try your best at making your sites as automated as possible. That's what I try to do and I still seem to be working full time after 6 years at it. The only time I seem to have off and actually get departed from the computer is when I go to bed and also if I go out on the weekend to have a drinking session with some mates that ummm, I manage to keep. lol
Never, ever, ever tell friends or family about how you make money with your websites... it's surely the fastest route to getting banned from any ad network. Most times they click the ads thinking it will help you make money - but in the end you just get booted.
I know its hard to explain how you make money. My friends knew i had a lot of sites but never really paid attention to it. When i quit my 8-5 job and told them i'm doing websites full time now everyone started asking questions... how do you make money? what sites do you have? how does it work? i want a website? can you teach me? its hard explaining everything...i just tell them i make money of advertisers.
