9194 Backlinks in total but still a PR 1?

I know many sites with more than 50.000 backlinks , and they are PR0 / PR1

 

Well, I'm not sure how this PR stuff works.. I mean I thought I did but, my websites home page has a PR-2 and only has one back link, and that back link comes from a page in my site with a PR-N/A
My websites best performing page is the site map, it is PR-3, and it also has only one back link from the same N/A page as my home page.

I guess Google just does this sorta stuff to keep us all guessing!

my all site between pr 5 and 6 according to pr prediction but i am just having not more pr 3.

 

I think you need quality backlinks from related site and update your site content from time to time. Good luck

 

Predictions are not accurate. Are some of you links sitewide links? If they are then they probably don't count.

 

I have a 2 month old domain with 25 (not 25,000, not 2,500, just 25) backlinks, which is now a PR4 as of the last update. And these were easily obtained, but good, backlinks. It's all you need.

Why do you care about PR it's just a number doesn;'t mean much ...

Yeah I don't really care about the numbers, but if the number means that I can get more visitors coming from search engines (because my keywords are placed first on search results), then I should care about it, shouldn't I?

 

Remember to get links from different C CLass IPs

 

Care about traffics and keywords again and you will start gaining PR in next updates.

And why you go for any other tool, whether it is good or bad.
Try to analyze your all back links from google.

I see. as long as I know it's not because of a mistake on my end (file settings, server settings, etc), I'm alright to wait for my real PR update

 

Over the past year google has made it more difficult to achieve a higher pr so
I do not think you should worry about this. You should focus on providing unique
content and building high quality backlinks and you pr will improve over time. You
should not try to artificially manipulate your pr, you should be patient.

Links: command doesnt reveal all your inbound links. Yahoo is a better option

 

Hhaha and just a point to add.. last time Google.com was like PR 10, then when i just look a few days back it was like PR 9 and i was like blinking and blinking and blinking

 

Its not the no of links, its the quality of links. It may be possible most of the links will be from directories and forums.
