    Did you buy and import a database when starting the website, or are all of the posts fresh and unique.

    No The database is unique as I said it has been convert from phpbb2 to SMF because SMF is way easier to update and install Modifications on it.

    Can you explain forum stats doesn't match users activity ?
    Forum stats are set at 15 min so every 15 min the stats change. If you update the site more often then you get more user activity.

    Why isn't the site indexed on google?

    When I converted from phpbb2 to SMF. I didn't follow the guidelines so that its shows google that the forum software has been changed. Both SMF and Phpbb2 have different link structure. Hope this explains your question
