If you think it's a little over-the-top or cartoonish, just tell me and I'll have another go, no problem . Thanks, Hecky.
thank you for the comment @dejangex. ART is copying my design lol. anyway heres my revision. hope you will like it. feedback appreciated.^^
@Hecky I really like your design style, but it needs to be a bit more descriptive @Nulfox A very interesting approach, looks good. Keep an eye out for further tips @renderwork It looks great, but it doesnt really suit the feel of the site. I appreciate the creativity, keep up the good work @Sabosushimi Very nice indeed. What else can you do with the hand in a way that it doesnt break the logo?
I see what you mean; I'll work on a more music related design tomorrow if that's not too late? Thanks! Hecky.
The contest ends in 20 hours from now, and after that, all the entries will be looked at again and the winner will be announced.
look at how it looks like in a loading screen or intro to your site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vn6IKPMDX94
Could you elaborate on 'empty' Do you mean the logo as a whole, or the pick(s) themselves? If you mean the 1st, would you like to see some changes to font weight, style and placement, as this could easily balance the whole thing better.
@qw3rt7 A logo needs to have more uniqueness so it can be recognized even when scaled, black & white, etc. @7gone This looks very nice, but try to change the pick details so its not a combo of a guitar+pick. Try a pick with some memorable detail in it (something music related ofc) @Hecky Silver on on the right looks great, the text needs more work (tagline, .net maybe?). Focus on that one
@Hecky Looks awsome. Try to squeeze in the tag line if it doesnt break the logo @qw3rt7 Yeah, but those small details dont scale very good. The 3d effect on the pick looks good
