Put $80 of it in your pocket, head to a clothing store, and buy a suit. Make yourself presentable and professional. You're investing in capital here. Buy a cheap digital camera in case you need to take pictures for something you're doing later on. Take the other $10 and keep it until you need it for something like domain registration. And above all, don't pay someone to teach you how to make money on the internet. Only pay someone if they're teaching you how to do something better, like writing copy. Everything else you can and should learn from what's already out there. Just don't forget to put effort into it.
If you don't have enough money to invest, always start with blogging. Go get yourself a domain and hosting and then install Wordpress. You will a lot of things from there. Build your reputation and develop your skills there. It could be writing, getting traffic, etc. You will find your strong point there which is what you need to focus on.

I would definitely suggest learning to make more money first. Try freelancing, maybe writing or consulting in something you are good at. Make a simple website and advertise your services.
