90% clicks from one site?

I own one main website and a cluster of 5 smaller websites.

The main website receives a few thousand uniques a day while the smaller sites receive a few hundred. The main website gets 90% of the clicks on ads as shown in my Adsense Reports page.

Question is should I continue running the other websites which receive such a small click rate? Will the smaller sites be in any way affecting how much I am earning in the end?

    Example of report:
Site1: 20,000 impressions and XXX clicks.
    Site2-5: 4000/9000 impressions and X/XX clicks.

    Thanks :)

Well according to you, you'd lose 10% of you AdSense revenue.

Keep all sites, as long as they make money.
There is no reason to shut them down.

The other 10% is from the smaller sites. But they receive more hit:click ratio then my main website.

Smaller sites can grow if you are adding content to keep attracting more people and in time could bring in a higher % of your adsense earnings.

Does that matter much, unless you are experimenting site structure/design and hit-click ratios. It all comes down to how much $$ a site is making and how much it will make in the future.

There is no point in running a site if your effors are worth $$$ and revenue is only $$. But if you see that in future any of these sites can make more money for you, then you have to wait patiently.

If your smaller sites are the newer than main site, then it is either
    a) you are not putting as much effort on newer sites as you did with your first site
    or
    b) you need to give the smaller sites some time to see if one of them can emerge as a leading site in future.
