    Update: to clarify this is a site for sale.

    Basically selling an old website, turns over about $90-$100 usd/profit/month. This stays about the same as most of revenue is from sale of Text Links which have been fairly consistent.

    Comes with a writer who costs about $20/usd/month to maintain site to give it fresh content.

    Traffic varies (as in entertainment niche) but text links continue to sell (doesn't seem to affect as much). Good potential for upside. Have had offers to buy from competition.

    Isn't a spam site, genuine site, has email subscriber list of about 700.
