    This is the perfect set of site if you want to promote your own affiliate program, as well as make money by promoting other affiliate programs. With a little effort these sites could become the premium sites on the web for reviewing, recommending, and discussing affiliate programs. The site could also be developed as affiliate directory and one could charge for listings. I am selling as I purchased these several years ago and have not had the time to develop either site.

    The sites are well ranked in Google and other search engines. One site is ranked #1 in Google for "Affiliate Reviews" and the other one is ranked #1 for "Affiliate Talk Forum". I have not put any effort into SEO but just a little effort in that regard and these sites would rock as the ground work has been laid.

    The Forum is running Vbulletin and VBSEO and is easy to maintain.

    So it's making $20/mo and you're asking $1,500? I know the PR5 is supposed to be impressive, but only if it helps to earn revenue....Good luck...
