    The site, the content and 2 bonus articles will never be sold again, you will be the complete owner. The domain name is registered with namcheap so it's a free transfer. No transfer to other registrars. All you require is a namecheap.com account which is free and I can transfer the domain to you.

    Are the design and all content unique? When you say it will never be sold again do you mean never sold by you again?
