Here is a list of what i find is useful when promoting your website. These resources are very powerful. I recommend you bookmark this for future reference. Let us begin: 1. PPC (Adsense,YPN,Bidvertiser,GoClick and more…) The obviuos one here is google adsense but there are many others out there that can be just as useful. Set your self a reasonable budget $20-30 per day will bring you a good return. It might seem high but it will be worth it. 2. Get Yourself A Blog Write useful posts about your website does`nt have to be a 400-500 word article. Submit your blog feeds and leave comments on other blogs a great way of getting backlinks. 3. Opt in Newsletter One of the hardest things to get goin. Offer your customers an option on your website to recieve monthly newsletters about future products. Offer them a free gift for signing up. Once you have a decent amount of subscribers you will benefit from monthly newsletters. Read the rest at my Blog
You need to create a blog first and create your blog article that is much effective to your site. And the next things you do is promoting it in a high traffic forums and can get earnings by using the Pay Per Click (PPC) like Adsense
I don't agree that PPC is a great way to promote a website. It might be useful to promote and sell a product or for a short term traffic burst but what is it doing to built long term traffic, loyalty or presence? There is an Irish estate agent website which used viral vids, off line marketing and the news media pre-launch to get itself noticed and mentioned in the tv news and burned into the brains of its target market group. It is now a brand name through causing an upheaval over a hoax building development, shaped like a three leaf clover. (What else would it be )The hoax was a runaway success and the story about the hoax is featuring (with website name spelled out of course), in Veoh. Now that is creative and powerful website marketing. I have absolutely no interest in buying property in Ireland, nor indeed in property at all but I could tell you the name of the website. So, PPC, blogs, newsletters, forums and all the rest ... these are only the tools. Creativity is the key to using them.
I think PPC is just the tool to get people to the site, your site/content should make them stay and keep them coming back.
I forgot about that, viral marketing is so extremely effective, especially when its written in a way that gives the reader benefit.
