Not to sure about creating one logo only. Because the problem I see here is, lets say if your client doesn't like that one particular logo, you would still have at least 1 or 2 more options to show him/her of what type of logo she can choose from.

But that's just me, and how I see it. Other then that the other tips are spot on.

If this is meant to target wannabe designers then I guess it's passable. Any real designer won't find anything useful from that article.

I agree with what the article was saying, but some of the English and typos made the article hard to read.

Article is good we should take care of these points when we make a logo but problem is this when we do work for a client than we never send one logo but we send 3 4 options than they select one of them.

Yeah, we need to make alternative option for the client. Giving an option to them is essential because it save time for us to ask all over again what they want to change on our design.

Great read, and i think we always learn and must not think we hold the absolute truth. I also think that too many options presented to the client will make him too picky, so at most 3 mockups . But often clients will pick or ask for modifications ruining a great logo/design, and we must comply to his taste. Afterall, the client is king :)

I think that ignoring only one aspect from the list will lead to not-so-delightful results. If you ask me, the interaction with the client is the most important. Communication is vital in situations like this one.
