I would certainly like to say one thing here... Might be this is true or might be false but from only a site from blogger can't make this much. I want to share one story here... A Guy in India printed one advertisement in popular daily newspaper mentioning he knows the trick to be millionaire and wanna share to all. But for this the interested should send him 10Rs. on the postal address mentioned there with a letter and address of interested people. After someday he got thousands and thousands of letter with 10Rs included there...And after an week, he again publish advertisement where it was written, "ADVERTISE LIKE ME TO BE A MILLIONAIRE AS I AM NOW". This might be fake news but some news channel was broadcasting. But its not believable and its never be easy task to earn money esp. from internet. One really needs to work hard..

It is possible. Almost anything is possible... it doesn't matter if it's blogger or your own blog, if you have the right amount of traffic and they click, you'll earn. That Indian story is interesting but I fail to see how it relates to this.
And that site doesn't just for that particular keyword, it also ranks on some other keywords under different niches. He really knows how the game is played - and i think he's a veteran. Just read through the internet. Read through this forums - read about SEO, Adsense, and other things you think you need to know. making a network of websites and interlinking them together is blackhat?
