9,000 members. What should I do with my site?

Hi guys. I own 3 websites, each with a database of 3000 members. The websites are video-sharing sites similar to youtube around the niches of dancing and dating.

I have stopped marketing/promotions for these websites, and active users only have dropped to between 5-20 users a day. However, these users have opted in to receive emails from me. So I want your advice. What should I do with all these users?

- Should I rejuvenate the sites and start promoting again?
- Should I pull down the site, and put up a forum, then promote it to my list?
- Should I start something new and promote it to my list?
- Should I scrap the sites altogether and just promote products to my list?

I know that the assets I have here are the user database and their contact information because the sites have pretty much died! Cheerio!

 

Get a refer to friend script and then promote to your mailing list.

 

You can sell your mass mail to people, or either get more sites advertised when the same people.

 

I would find a highly converting CPA offer (20$+) that requires the least amount of work, and see what your response is at first.
