    Maybe buy some reseller hosting and try develop it? And then you could even sell it later on as a site with revenue that's on a old domain not just an old domain which would fetch a lot more money :)

    you could host communist blogs on it :p

    I think it is good domain but would be worth a lot more if it had some links and PR.
