Hello, My very first list is nearing five figures. I am getting a ton of personal email from my list, lots of comments on my blog... I think the time is right to start a forum. As a capitalist, I do not want to establish my forum without a clear plan of how to monotenize it. We know that Adsene converts terribly on forums. What other ideas do you have, aside from private banner advertising? Thanks in advance, Ellen
i beg of you, how did you get a list that big? what's your topic? it's not that i want to work on the same topic, i want to see what I should be doing with my topics! write your own ebook. place ad's for it in the header. Start creating secondary products...smaller niche ebooks based on the same topic. Teleseminars, audio books. Think of everything you should ever sell and then cut down to what's doable...and fits your market.

The best way to start your own product is getting some PLR ebook and try to edit them as necessary and put your name as author make sure to add more value add some relevant audio and video I truly suggest that you build your brand or your identity as you are getting well known. Just make the forum focus on the things that ARE going to make you money. If there's a bunch of popular products - make sub forums in there and encourage reviews & posts in those forums. I'd basically take your most profitable monetization strategy from your list and apply it directly to your forum. They're going to be more or less the same demographic and are going to know your "style" of marketing.
