    im one of your customers on freedom.usahostingcafe
    I have a few complaint about the service

    1. Your Uptime is not 99% just like you promise
    2. I usually get server busy.. could not conect to database etc and now the site is down for 1 day... and that's bad :-(
    3. i have opened ticket and it's unansewered for 4 days

    Please iwhic fixed those probs out

    Not sure what this has to do with this server sale..

    Your issue was something completely different. We did have to do a os reinstalled on one of our servers but as you know we did that with absolutely no data lost..

    And had no effect on our other 11 servers or leased vps and dedicated boxes.

    yes your sites were down for a bit and we do apologize but with out your data what good are your sites..

    We still have this server for sale ..
