Selling 880+ monthly visits per month | Weight loss blog | 24 hour auction

Since I need urgent money I am selling this web site for a lower price.
Actually the custom theme worth $75 and the 66 posts are worth $4x66 = $264 which means the site worth more than $300.

Site is started on February this month, and it gets 850+ unique visits per month and it is a steady traffic.
Domain fees paid until 2014.
Most of the traffic are from the Google search engine. I already attached the Google analytics report.

Site is build on WordPress. Content are unique to this site.

My target was to get 50000 traffic per month and get in to Buysellads withing 1.5 years because there is a good demand for weight loss related sites from BSA advertisers.
Site earns around $3 from Adsense (Adsense removed during this auction for safety of my Adsense account) and had one conversion for affiliate banners in March. Footer link already sold for $15 until end of December.
