    Maybe you should try changing your ad placement to increase amount of clicks.

    I would place text unit or link unit before or below your main menu to the right.

    Also I would place a Link Unit somewhere below your top logo.

    Text, link and background color should be same as used on your site.

    This usually workds great for me

    You're site doesn't look well organized, and you are only using link unit, you can add up to 3 ad blocks per page.

    the top part where the link units are is broken here in FF...

    i would suggest changing that to a leaderboard instead...
