84$ spent 1 Sale.. In the red SORT OF!

    Ok so I have been using my adwords cupoun with little luck..been running three campaign all generating some clicks ( about 30 a day between them) and today after singing 84 bucks I made my first sale.

    Obviously I cant do this with real money cause i would not be making a profit. What are some options?

    You may also want to try out free methods such as article or video marketing if you are not already doing them.

    use tracking to find out which keywords convert, and then eliminate all keywords not generating sales.

    PPC's a monster. Still haven't gotten the hang of it yet. You may want to try free methods such as blogging and email marketing before you spend money on PPC.

    There are a lot of intricacies with ppc. You don't have to understand how to use them all but you need some knowledge of what is important in order to make money consistently.

    Hard to tell from your post what your options would be but....
    Options might be:

    different niches
    different (or fewer) keywords
    different bids on keywords
    better keyword maintenance by adgroup
    better/different landing page to increase CTR%
    different placement of ad for different niche mindsets
    increase quality score to lower CPC
    Many Many more

    I mean think about it. In order to get a sale through ppc, you have to
    1. have a keyword that people searching will be more likely to buy vs. surfing
    2. have an ad in the right placement that will get them to click
    3. have a landing page that is engaging enough to keep them interested and get them to click through to the vendor page.
    4. have a vendors sales page that is written well enough to make the person want to buy.
    5. have the person follow through with actually whipping out that credit card

    Not rocket science but not exactly easy either.
