Try making a blog about something you're interested in, other than Mesothelioma.

Buy a domain name (they're surprisingly cheap).

Add fresh new content on a regular basis.

Contact similar sites and perform some link exchanges, to establish yourself.

Blend in the adverts when you're receiving a good stable stream of traffic.

    Voila! A successful website.

I'm just wondering are you really that interested in mesothelioma? I mean if you are grand, but find something your interested in, not something you want to make money off.
But yes buy a domain, it's a great investment. Devote an enormous amount of time to your site. Don't give up.
Get ride of the whole Sponsored ads type of things, no need. Rid yourself of the ad banner at the top, people most likely wont click as there is no navigation at the top of your pages.
    Blend your ads.
And it is normal to not have many clicks for a mesothelioma site with barely any content.

    1. Your ads are not properly placed.in your first blog . place them in between posts..
    2. Its all about domain registration, fill your pages with referral links
    3. Also add information or reviews of the top registration sites like godaddy.com

I agree with what most have said here. Build a site about something that interests you. Concentrate on providing some valuable/useful content that will be of interest to people.

Build a site that you will be proud of and enjoy working with.

    Earnings will come.

That is a bad CTR! You should easily be getting 1 click out of 100 impressions.

The key is adding content that users need to find more info about. Dont give all the answers to a specific problem, let the adsense ads do that for them. If you provide all the info for your users, you will have no chance of getting clicks, because your site is the one and only place they need to look for that info. So don't do that.

Buy this program scamwatch.only-the-truth.com (click the rotating banner at the top, wait ten seconds if Agloco is showing, the next banner is the one you want to click) This program is a masterpiece.

Find a medium competition but high paying keyword using this program, once found, target those keywords, use titles for images, and links, use H tags and put those keywords in the meta tags, then Section Target those comments as below.

    If you want the adsense bot to ignore a section use (weight=ignore) in the starting tag, like this;

    <!– google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) –>

Google says it may take 1 to 2 weeks for ads from the sectioned areas to show up, so be patient. Remember, they don’t guarantee anything! But it works for me.

If you want the adsense bot to show ads in a particular section, place this in the section where you have high paying keywords.

So if you find a high paying keyowrd in one of your members or guests comments, you can section target those sections by using the tags below.

    <!– google_ad_section_start –>

    <!– google_ad_section_end –>

Make sure the targeted section has more than 3 lins of text.

Also bold and itelic specific keywords inside the section target.

Also, google sometimes pulls from the H tags. <H1> <H2> etc. They pull from the Meta Keywords and Descrtipion generally located in the header.php file of your.

Also, add title tags to your links (yourwebsite.com" title="this is the title area"">Your Blog Blah Blah</ a>).

Also add title tags to your images (<img src="blah.jpg" title="relevant stuff here">.

P.S: Make sure you write down all those keywords from that program, and store it away and think about what you can do with them, and dont tell anyone what they are. ;).

That way, you dont have to pay for an account for a year, you can get one for a day, get what you need, and get out.

Also, ad placement is important, but thats another 20 paragraphs and I have to go ;)

    Good Luck!
