    i don't think i person would sell the site so cheap if he would be earning 250$ from adsense a month

    I have a site that I am currently considering to sell, which does make $250-300 a month from adsense, zero maintenance, but I am only selling it for 20-24x monthly income, and not 3x monthly income...!! PM me if you would be interested. In the $800 price range, I have some celebrity sites if you would be interested.
