    I have a site created and all the functionality is there but the design is not so good, I need someone to come up with a better PSD which I can implement into the design.

    The colour scheme should be green, red and white.

    I had many problems uploading this photo, the orginal version won't to be upload its says the file is too large, this version seems to be poor in pixels, the original version is high quality
