$80 1 page simple website design competition for a CMS system

Please note:
- This is a simple design without any photos or content needed, just a nice layout and design style
- This is for a PSD only, no html coding
- The winner of this contest must only provide a 1 page layout, but will have the option of designing more pages for this project for an additional $100-200 after the competition.

Terms
By accepting payment you agree to the following terms: this competition is being run as a contractual job through my company and you are working as a subcontractor. Your works will be re-sold to my clients. All fully editable source files with fonts and sources for all photos, images or any other needed materials (if applicable) must be transferred to me.

The designer (you) cannot display works in your portfolio. The winner cannot re-sell any works, modified or unmodified, designed for this competition. You may not contact my clients for any reason. All work produced must be 100% original by you. If any source materials (photos, images, fonts, etc.) are used that are not royalty free, you are responsible for all fees. We will pay additional fees for source materials of winning competitions only if we pre-approve these fees BEFORE the contest deadline.

Sarahmclaughlanx - thanks for the submission. No I didn't mean something that simple. I mean simple in the sense of no photos or graphic edits. I just need a colour scheme and a page design. But the page should have content on it, font styles, fades/shadows, etc. Thanks again for your entry, but it needs to have font placeholders and more added to it and I'm looking for something on par with the site/link in the specs document.

 

Will try something as well !! But are we supposed to design a website layout or a CMS admin page editor layout ?

All - just an update that I have received two entries via PM. They are pretty good, but would like to see more entries so that I have some choice before providing feedback. A few people have posted in this thread or via PM telling me that they are going to submit an entry, so for now I will extend this contest until the end of the day monday to see those submissions (hopefully those how haven't submitted yet can put something together over the weekend or on Monday before the end of the day).

All - thanks for your entries. So far I have not received an entry that is high enough quality to declare a winner. Please see the feedback below.

Raja - I received 3 entries from you, thanks. The style of design was not quite as good as I hoped for, it was a bit too colourful and simple, not Web2.0 or modern as I was seeking.

Nasweefpn - The entry that you sent was pretty good, but your layout was almost an exact copy of Wordpress and the entire theme looks like a Wordpress theme. I need something unique.


I will leave this contest open for now but would like to hear back from anyone else if they will compete or revise their entries within 2 days to decide whether the contest should be extended or closed.

 

I'll try work on something else.. By the way, any feedback for my entry ?
