Contest $80 Professional Logo Contest

I am looking for a cool, young, dynamic and aggressive but not so complicated logo, that can catch young people eye's.

Our company is an Life Insurance agency, which is recruiting a lot of young and aggressive entrepreneur to join the Financial Group. Have not come out any color yet, but I sort of like gold.. or platinum.

I need the logo to be printed on letter head, chest pin, uniform jersey, car sticker etc... our agency name is ESR.

I am willing to Pay for the $80 for the right logo.

This is completely the wrong color and not even an attempt at the logo but when you say platinum or gold do you mean you'd like it to have this kind of shine? Or a solid color?

sorry my bad, gold and platinum is not a color. it is up to you what color u think is nice. ESR stands for Eryco Saving and Retirement. i am not looking too much on a corporate image, but fairly young logo... post #4 from neonic is about there, but pls give more option for me to choose.

give you some example of my favorite logos but not necessary have to be like that:

One of the most Professional Logo since I was elementary in designing!

 

here is my another idea

i use 2 tone colour on this
i use depth blue in letter to make it trustworty feel
and red triangle in E shape ,mean the company is always move with young passion

prudential succes branding with red letter

but i try to keep it simple, clean and profesional and printable and fit in monochrome/photocopy ..

I am 1 of ESR partners, we have decided to have Black Panther as our Mascot, considering Panther in our logo. Panther is fast, aggressive, mysterious, and some how exclusive.
