Selling $80 /month adsense site - page 1 of google still after update - PR3 - L@@K !!!

    I recently sold this site for $850 on Flippa but the buyer is refusing to pay due to financial reasons and university costs. Instead of relisting on flippa and wasting the fees again I figured I would let DP have a shot at this solid adsense site.

    First solid cash offer takes it. I prefer paypal.

    Site is 3 years old. PageRank 3. WordPress with custom modified child theme.

    Takes me on average 2-4 hours per month to update and maintain. That's an auto-pilot site if you ask me.

    This site is getting MASSIVEmobile traffic. 60-70% on any given day. Something I don't know how to monetize better than adsense. Someone who is part of a mobile ad network and knows about this stands to make a killing from this site.

    #5 in Google for a 27k exact match keyword. Ranks for several longtail versions. Still ranking solid after last saturday's EMD update.

    Over last 3 months, 10k average monthly uniques from organic results and 29k pageviews.

    Traffic is mostly organic with some Facebook/Twitter referrals. The content can be somewhat viral.

    Recent Adsense Earnings, August and July were lower due to running a CPA ad in the top spot other than adsense:

    September: $81.53
    August: $46.11
    July: $53.58
    June: $82.54
