Contest $80 logo/mascot design for e-commerce site

I am looking for a logo/mascot for a new e-commerce site, “Black Friday Board Game Deals”.

It will offer holiday shopping deals for board games, so I would like the mascot, if possible to be in the shape of a meeple, which is a small person-shaped token used in some board games.

As you can see below I am looking for the outline of a meeple that is personalized to the theme of the logo. However, if you have a cool design that does not include the meeple, I am open to that. Creativity encouraged.

thanks for your design. Only suggestion is that we are trying to be as inclusive as possible and am concerned that the meeple is basically a white guy. Perhaps add another meeple or two that are female or people of color figures so its more inclusive and doesn't feed into the stereotype about board gamers just being white guys. Didn't think of that until we saw your design. thanks!

 

thanks. My first thought was that the logo was a patch. I think we would prefer it to be square or rectangle so its easier to use for website or on promotional materials.

 

thanks for the design. Not really liking the teal and white image behind the text also while the dice as the dot is cool, it doesn't make it clear that its a domain name.

 

thanks for the design entry. A couple suggestions: a) as I mentioned above we are trying to be inclusive and having just a white guy on the logo doesn't work for our brand. b) the font for the word Friday is hard to read as is the domain name at the bottom.

 

thanks. I like the second image and would make one tweak in the text to add a dot com after the word deals in the third line. Reinforces the domain name.
