I'm looking for a list of forums which is health related. Forums can be based on vBulletin or any forum host.

Forums should be:

1. Do follow
2. PR should be PR2+
3 Allow signature blocks
4. Allow BBC or HTML format in signature blocks
5. No restrictions on adding links in signature blocks even if low number of post

I am willing to pay per forum you can provide or you can provide or a whole list of 80 forums.

I am looking for a cheap price. Maybe some have already a premade list of forums, it just needs to be filtered which ones are health related.
