$80 Design contest for Web Design Mock up...Winner gets lots of jobs

I am the owner of www.addme.us and website looks good but I am looking to redesign it to make it even better...I am looking for more darker and professional colors

I have daily traffic of abt 100 visitors so I need to make it best

I am ready to pay $80 to winner for psd and if winner is interested than further development of these site and lot of my clients work too

Think of these as long term project

Yes actually I am looking to hire someone for web design work in my company as well as want to improve website so I thought these is best way as I can look at skills before assigning client jobs
