We are looking for a unique design to be used on our coffee bags for the retail market. I have not seen such a contest here lately but we believe the designers on this forum have great talent. This competition is to create the Artwork (an image that will go ON the coffee bag). The bag size is:
    Coffee bag: 3 3/4" Wide x 2 3/4" Gusset x 12 1/2 height.
We are interested in a theme invoking nature for example the big five (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Five_Game) but of course your creativity is appreciated. Please make use of the existing logo at http://www.kenyajava.com

The specs for the artwork are:
    1. Use the content provided in the attached document for the written information that goes on the package
    2. File format should be in pdf and psd
    3. Final artwork delivered will require copies in different colors (Artwork will be the same only need to change the title on each)

    Examples:
    1. Here are samples of the plain bag:
    http://www.packplus.com/gusseted-bags/quad-seal-with-zipper-gusseted-bags/

    2. Here are examples of printed bags:

    http://www.amazon.com/Starbucks-Sumatra-Coffee-Whole-12-Ounce/dp/B001EQ5O5U

    3. Here is an examples of animal print (NOTE this is only an example of the print. We are not using cans):
    http://www.amazon.com/Green-Beans-C...1_19?ie=UTF8&s=grocery&qid=1240598570&sr=1-19

    http://www.amazon.com/Green-Beans-C...1_17?ie=UTF8&s=grocery&qid=1240598570&sr=1-17

The winner will be picked in 4 days and promptly paid via PayPal.

Question... where do u plan to place the "nurtirtion information" isn't that required for any all products of consumption? I'm not familiar with the requirements for sure, but that's what I was told. If so... what side do you want that on? Of course I'd just leave it blank for now, you can fill that in later if you want, unless you send me the information.

you have great artwork. Is there a way you can use brighter colors. I think to pick out the product on the shopping racks.

    l3fty
You have a great product and your use of colors is appealing and inviting. I also like that you provided different colors to distinguish the blends we have.

    These are really great lefty
My only suggestion (which you can ignore) would be to use these colors for your primary bag colors.

Here's a change in the logo. I chose to make the background white to fit well with the black i chose. I chose those graphics on the sides and top to model after a Zebra. the image is a cougar and the tree is similar to that from actual pics from Kenya. I made a sunset on it to bring in the color. with the sunset and the white bag, this will definitely stand out in the coffee isles.
