I have signed up with a couple online dating advertisers through CJ, and have placed advertisements on Facebook targetting to those specific countries, to 28 to 55 year olds (whom have credit cards usually), to those who are single, and have all these clicks but not a single sale, why not?

The ads can't get any more targetted, and the way this is going even if i make a sale every 100 clicks, I'll be loosing money. I can see other people advertising their affiliate links on Facebook also, so they must be making some money.

What am I doing wrong? :(

I guess you just need some patience. I have seen offers start converting after you send them 300-500 uniques. So just wait and watch and if it still does not work then quit.

you will have hard time to converts facebook ads to leads, how can you except someone to enter his credit card info to a dating site while he is already coming from Social networking site??

try some free products ads which doesn't require credit card to signup.

I also agree upon same thing. I have tried facebook ad. One reason is that facebook ads are not properly visible as the format of displying ads is not too good. On the other hand, many applications are already running on facebook, people are not interested in the other products.

It could be your ad, your call to action or the conversion rate of the program. Many programs only convert 1 out of 100 - 200 clicks, so you may want to try a different dating program and see if that helps.

Are you sending traffic directly to the offer? If so...

    1. Don't advertise on Facebook as mentioned above.
    2. Create a WP blog (your own domain) and put reviews or informative articles on it. This way
you "presell" your target audience. Put affiliate links and banners on the blog.
    3. Drive traffic with articles (free) or PPC. With articles you want to keep it consistent (submit 1 to 2 a day).
    4. Also, remember to always write POST headings that are keyword optimized.
    5. You will see a steady traffic increase and sales.

    Good luck!

Maybe your ad copy is not that great ... For instance you could target males 25-35 .. and your ad could sound like "Meet Sexy College Girls [Free Signup Required]" .. bla bla .. and your landing page would teach them how to pick up women on .. whatever website you're promoting ..

Or add them to your autoresponder .. and sell them even more stuff ..

Social traffic doesn't convert very well and you need a presell to make it work.

    Hi,

I don't think many people are willing to spend money on online dating websites. There are many other kinds of programs on CJ that might have better conversions.
