indeed i like your ads placemant and the link text color and about the earning decrease while your click is increase, maybe on somepage (single page) you put many ads on there so the click-trough-rate is going down. and on the main page you should not use the words "Sponsor" or "advertistment" or something like that on GA, thats will make your visitor think twice to click the ads

Try to target high-paying keyword, you can find the high value keyword by using google keywords tool.

 

i think most of the clicks are from asian countries so thats the reasn u got low amount.

 

check your ad placement,ctr and ecpm. seems you have a low paying niche. im getting more than $10 for 30 clicks
