80,000 Hits, $100+/Month (Low BIN)

I have recently started a business and won’t have time to monitor my websites as they will take up too much time. All sites are in complete and operational status. I am also selling them at a low BIN as I want a super fast auction. So I am going to try and list all the info or as much of it as I can.

The first site: www.photoshopengage.com

I bought this site recently from a sitepoint auctioin (the previous owner is a member of DP). You can find the full details of the auction at http://www.sitepoint.com/marketplace/auction/17632.

Here are screenshots of the current traffic I have gotten for the short time since I have had it. I have not changed the adsense ID on the site yet so I don’t have adsense proof. The website can also take many other types of revenue from paid advertisement to link sales which can easily be $5-10 based on its current traffic.







All the traffic is from Photoshop websites such as www.tutorialized.com, www.good-tutorials.com and search engine. The main tutorial that gets the most hits is the “Megan Fox” signature thanks to Transformers.
The site currently has 5 tutorials up and I will be adding another 5 or six that will be available to the buyer.

The other sites I have are www.techrevie.ws and www.lemon-info.com.
Both sites are about 3 months old. They do not have much traffic but both of them currently are getting 1,000 PV a month. This can easily be increased with proper advertising and maybe some link sales. Here are screenshots of traffic.

OK guys. Sorry for the late reply. BTW I checked out the site that progy suggested and yes it has the identical tutorial. Unfortunately I am not sure how it came on their site or which site had it first. So in all fairness I am pulling down the auction. I will continue updating the site and than relist the auction with the updated one. Be aware though that the BIN will increase. Thanks for the Bids.
