Buying $80,000 budget, looking for a high end internet business

Discussion in 'Sites' started by mastamindz, Jan 14, 2010.

I have access to an $80,000 business grant and funding, and I am looking at purchasing a profitable internet business that has had long term success. I am looking for something that does around 10k+ profit/month.

It may take up to 3 months to receive the funding, so I am looking for someone who is willing to work with me around my timeline.

I am very serious about this and will provide my phone number to speak further if I am interested.

Please don't contact me if you cannot provide documentation of earnings etc. Also, if your site is not making money, I don't want it.

Looking forward to hearing from some of the professionals on here!

very true, I think for $80,000 you would possibly get a site earning about $3,000 - $4,000
I know that some sites I have earning in the region of $8,000+ would not be sold for below $200,000.

    Also some advice:

Look for multiple sites, I have seen a few sites recently sell for about $15,000 - $20,000 each earning $1,000 - $1,500 a month.
this way you would earn more monthly revenue, plus in the event a website started to decrease in revenue, hopefully the others would stay stable or increase in revenue.

Phrase: dont put all your eggs in 1 basket ;)

    P.S
sift through the bull, there are so many sites claming to earn this and that or they have the potential to earn this and that.
only go for sites with a stable or increasing track record.

Thank you for your advice. I understand that it would be hard to find a site making 10k a month for my budget. But its worth a try!

Yes I agree for sure. There are many sites for sale that either aren't what they claim, or have a very short history of earnings. Be careful, and check all details.

@contemptx - You are correct, he can find a risky business for his 10x but not anything of great quality.
@guru16 - Nothing sells for 24 months in this economy, 15x seems to be around the max.

Best of luck finding a site mastamindz if you have no luck here PM me I got a few spots you can look.
