    - based on Smarty PHP engine
    - 8 Years old
    - shared hosting is fine (requires MySQL & PHP 5.2)
    - Niche = lodging around Ontario airport in SoCal
    - monetized through HotelClub affiliate program ($545 income since 2009)
    - advertising has generated an additional $145
    - SEO has not been maintained so traffic & revenue has dwindled (assume no ongoing rev & 50 UV/Mo)
    - selling because current web host is dropping support for PHP 5.2
    - a little work could get this site back to making money
    - if you don't want to maintain the site there's still value in just redirecting to your travel site
