    The site has existed since the beginning of 2004, it comes together with about 3000 articles of which most are original, traffic is currently 45k/month and income about $500/month.

    The Cheers magazine with numerous subdomains (title - domain - traffic):
    The Cheers magazine - www.thecheers.org - 15k/month
    The Cheers TravelWorld - travelworld.thecheers.org - 23k/month
    The Cheers TV - tv.thecheers.org - 4k/month
    The Cheers Travel - travel.thecheers.org - 1500/month
    The Cheers Music - music.thecheers.org - 100/month
    The Cheers Newsagency - newsagency.thecheers.org - 1000/month
    The Cheers Entrepreneur - entrepreneur.thecheers.org - 200/month

    So total traffic of around 45k/month, so around 1500 Uniques a day.

    Income information:
    Linkworth - $115/month
    Adsense - $160/month
    Direct link sales - $100/month
    Sponsored posts sales - $100/month
    So total about $400 - $500.

    In better months the numbers are $100 - $300 bigger.
    And that's without any additional work on anything.

    The Cheers magazine comes with around 3000 original articles, most of them NOT written for adsense, but for reading. The Cheers music comes with a database of unsigned musicians and their mp3 music. The Cheers TV was just redesigned (about a week ago) to make the site 100% legal with no direct video links. The price that I'm looking for is €9000 which is about $12000--

    Why not? Let's not assume things here, there may be buyers here on DP who may have missed the listing on Flippa. Just trying to get the word out to everyone out there who's looking for a good, profitable, unique site :)

    You can maximum sell it for 10-12months revenue price..

    So: Max $5000-$6000
