In this article I outline several key areas that you should follow in order to make sure you lose your weight and do not gain it in future.

The first way to lose your weight would be to exercise. This is the main route that everyone takes. Good exercise is the key to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The best way to do your exercise would be to join your local gym in your town. If you have a best friend or if you know someone who you like hanging around with then the main thing you should do is to take them with you to the gym. Going to the gym can help you focus, can help reduce your body fat and make you more aware of your health. Furthermore, when you are in the gym you can try different ways to exercise or you could hire your own personal fitness instructor who can help you reduce your weight.

The second way you can lose your weight easily is to eat good food. If you eat lots of fruit and maintain a healthy lifestyle then the chances are you will cut down on heart problems in the future. The best fruit to eat would be to eat lots of applies, vegetables and carrots. I would avoid fatty food such as burgers and chips because it can take over 14 hours to â€œburn offâ€ a burger and also greasy and oily food can lead to further heart problems in the future. So make sure you eat food that is healthy.

Thirdly, you can lose your weight by walking instead of using your car or public transport. If you are going to the mall or shopping centre then the best way is to walk. This can reduce the fat that is in your body and can stabilise your health and give you a balanced healthy lifestyle. You can also go for walks on your own or with your dog. Furthermore, if you go for a walk you will feel more fresh.

And finally, you should always make sure you exercise every morning and eat a good breakfast. I would eat eggs, and toast in the morning or something light. If you follow the above steps properly then you will feel much more healthier and happier and will not have people calling you â€œfatâ€ anymore!
