this domain is at godaddy and it does have some traffic. It was built on the 26th of last month. The only promotion was the few top sites linked at the bottom 9one looks to be down). This months its averaging 32 uniques a day and 18000 hits daily. I just don't have the desire to try to monetize this site, though I have heard this template converts well. (no channels set up) This name gets some nice searches and most of the traffic is coming from google.

No sorry, I think thats a fair price on that site, it you want to call it $20 I'll do that, but traffic and found by google i would love to find sites at that price, just nervous about proxies and bandwidth in the future.
