    They are fairly easy to create, all you need is some time with photoshop, a little bit of javascript, and some time editing the code of your existing sites to add it. See my sig for another example.

    I own three copies of that script, legally, and only one has been sold. I'm not sure if it was you that I bought them from, but I paid $80 for the first and $40 for the next two additional legal copies from a user on WHT. My original plan for the licenses fell through, and I'm now selling them at a loss.

    I would suggest you do your research before you make an accusation like that. If there is a dispute with the gentleman that I bought the licenses from, or you would like to compare notes, your most professional route would be via PM.

    Again, there is still Bible.tl to be sold as well as another copy of the script.

    EDIT: Since this is a public concern now, I've looked up the details :) The script and licenses were purchased from a user on WHT named Xtot. This user originally sold me one copy each of this bible script and a fonts script. The fonts script turned out to be full of bugs, so instead of obtaining a refund, Xtot and I agreed to put the credit towards 2 extra licenses, at a discount for my trouble.

    I can also say that this gentleman signed his name in his messages to me with the same name that appears in the copyright notice included with the script, so I had and have no reason to doubt his validity.
