I didn't really understand exactly what you wanted. It looked like a heartbeat to me. So that's what I did. X is a watermark.

 

And if it's not supposed to be a heart beat then here's this:

It's vector. Can be re-sized to any resolution without quality loss. Can export it to any format you want.
