hey... heres my revised version with the changes u asked for i gave it a dark red rectangle and changed the 'AC' logo to something more flashy... changes can be made if needed. feedback appreciated!

These are the finalists. We can't make up our mind which one to choose: Comment: We like your concept but we prefer Blue & Red color. Can you please try to change all the green color into red color? Comment: We like this one because it resembles one of our product, AsseTrax. Can you please change the font into the one used in previous logo and use the blue and red color. Comment: try using darker red for the rectangular box, and use blue color for the font outside the box instead of black. Please do these changes. Thanks!
