    I need these as gifs so could you post one example as a gif? Also when I looked at this it looked like there was some white background as well behind some of the stars, I can't test this thoroughly just now but if this is the case then it won't work on my site as the site background is grey...

    No-one has come up with the goods yet so this is still open, here's an example of a darker coloured star which I'd like the dark ones to be based on:

    So, the first person to come up with all 10 images, each the same dimensions, with a transparent background, based on the exact star images I've posted will win the contest.
