    okz...as Hardware failed i know you have nothing to do now except waiting.

    As i got news form bentink they replaced HD, now waiting for accounts to be restored...Lets hope for getting everything will be fine soon.
    I am kinda worried because my site is down too :( but i know you have nothing to do if HD fails. Try to fix all the things ASAP...Longtime downtime is horrible for the clients as well as you...

    why you not transfer all accounts to other servers. After recovering you can shift again there. Time is passing hours becomes days and It seems that these days become weeks. You dont understand what we are suffering. Please do some thing as soon as possible.Do some on your behalf don't relay on liesaweb support. If you have running servers then you can easily shift 43 accounts there in minutes...... Please

    I think this is pritty scary a servers hd will not fail easy

    Also he should have backups and the datacenter should sort the Hd Out

    I have buy this host 1 day before server crashed Now I want my money back now so that I may be able to pay to some one else for hosting I can never bear more loss as I have already lost 20$ from advertisement on my sites and much expensive valuable visitors. You must compensate this by giving me more then i have paid it is your moral responsibility.

    If you don't want to refund then transfer my account to other server within 1 hour

    Bentink... where is your previous server??? please transfer all of our a/c to you previous server...
    I was just starting getting my traffic and now lost all :(
    Please do anything for us. if you cant refund our money so that we can buy hosting from others.
    I gave you bucks what i have in my paypal and now i m not able to buy one new as i lost some from my previous hosting and shifted to you as i think your one is the best...

    A site with 2 days downtime is hell for us you better know.....

    bentink do you know how bad this thread is for your hosting business??
    and this thread will go longer and longer with the passege of time. 2 days, can you imagin the how much loss have beared by the clients on your server.
    as you told by yourself that you have more then one servers then why don't you trensfer all accounts to other server??.
    i have read your thread on other hosting forum. it is clear that data on your this server has lost completely. there is less then 10% chances to recover that i guess.
    then just tell all clients clearly that you have lost tha backup therefor all cllients have to upload their files and database menualy. and transfer them to new server. that's it.

    or

    refund the money to all of your clients so that they purchase hosting from some other hosting provoiders.

    Same here man, I also own a social network which is down for more than 48Hours now..
    He shifted to leaseweb as you know a few days back and removed all data from the new server..The new server hard disk - Leaseweb was at fault and all 3HDDs crashed. However you told me that the datas are safe.. I don't know what's up with leaseweb. They are simply not reliable. PM for more details as i can't share links here.
