Leaseweb is one the biggest data center for offshore hosting as i know and i know many big forums,their hosting are from Leaseweb although Leaseweb doesn't mention it in their TOS.

UPDATE: The server with IP 94.75.236.225 failed to come back after a reboot and had some hardware failure. Our own site with 43 other accounts were hosted on this server. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. All other servers are running fine.

All users on this server will get 50% credit for this downtime on next billing cycle.

 

What is going on??? MY site including your official site has gone. I sent you tickets for my database disappearance issue. still has not been fixed yet. Can you please tell me what should i do now??? itz almost 35+ hours left.

I truly understand your frustration sir. We are very unhappy because of this, perhaps moe than you . We have made a huge financial loss because of this downtime. But as you know all depends on Leaseweb and their support is simply horrible if not next to horrible.
