They are not, as they cause extremely high levels of HD i/o and lead to hardware failure which in return affects all clients on the node. We have to protect the integrity of our systems and had to bad torrents even if they were in a blue moon used for legal purposes.

Regardless, your VPS is part of a botnet network and the evidence is more than apparent in the /root folder with those scripts. Since you aren't sure why you have these scripts, we can't simply allow your VPS to be hosted in our France location and risk termination as this will only happen again.
