Hi, I posted this in a content forum, however someone suggested to put it here, so I am cross posting the same post in this thread. Here is the template I will be using: http://1-2-3-4.info/webtemplates/multiflex3/demo/ I would like a logo where the green part is. I will most likely make that green part smaller, and possibly make it black I think on the left side I will have my logo, and on the right side I will have a banner for ads. See the banner on this site? http://www.cardplayer.com/ It is on the left, and then there is plenty of space on the right for ads. Sorry, I don't know much about resolution, or things like that, this will be my first website. The site will be called raisingsharks. It will deal with poker; Online poker strategy and info. In poker a "shark" is a very good player. So my site is dedicated to making ppl play well. I don't want the banner to have cards in it. It is too cliche. I want the banner to have a shark in it. A cartoon shark would be best. Here are some ideas of a shark's face; http://www.pokertilters.com/sharkavatar.gif (BTW this is just an idea, plz do not directly use this copyrighted material) also a sharks body might be good, I don't know, you probably know best. I would like the banner to have the shark, have the words Raising Sharks.com in it, and have some kind of small catch phrase in it like "develop your poker skill", "start winning", "eat fish here" (in poker, fish are bad players), "online poker strategy", "the next generation of poker", etc... Something catchy that has to do w/ poker. I would also like to have all the .psd or whatever files for the banner, so that I could edit it if necessary. I am not obligated to buy your stuff, so don't feel sad if I don't buy any offers I am presented with. I just need something simple, so my site looks decent. Something along the lines of the headers found here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=303982 (keep in mind I want them smaller, and focused to the left side) If I like your work, I may inquire about banners (that I will use as ads for my site) as well as small logos (that I may use as headers for strategy articles, etc...) Thanks guys.
wait what color does he want it on?, because he said green, then he said he will change it to black, yet the example he used is on white?
I have a shark that I made for a school project, but to be honest $8-12 isn't worth the time I put into it as once I use it for a project where I hand over all rights, I can't use it anymore, and I'm sure I can get money for the design. If you would like to take a look at it and would consider making the prize significantly larger drop me a PM. The shark I made is at 300 DPI, for web you only need 72, but if you ever decided you may want to make T-shirts or other print sources youmay want the 300 DPI.
Hi, so far the effort by mitcharr is my favorite, Rezki is a close second. I will keep this open for a few more days, and see if I can get any more submissions. But for now, If i had to send 12$ right now, I'd send it to mitch.
