7PR with only 1 backlink? is it possible

    Hi friends today I have got a link exchange mail from www.supersolidity.net which is 7page rank according to Google toolbar but it has only 1 link according to google and 4 according to yahoo,, than how can it be 7 page rank? is it fake? + when I copy pasted this url in google i dint get any single result related to this website please help
