    Alright, I've got some sites I've been needing to sell for awhile now. All of the content on these sites is 100% handwritten unique content that will never be sold again. Check copyscape on any page for proof.

    SOLD:http://www.writeasong.org - Great domain name, 2700+ words of well written content all related to the song writing process.

    According to seobook.com "write a song" gets over 13k searches a month. Take a minute to do some research, and you can see it would be very easy to rank for some decent volume terms with this site.

    SOLD:http://www.upfrontmortgagelenders.com is optimized to be an extremely high CPC adsense niche site. If you can drive a little traffic to the site the ads will pay an insane amount of money. "upfront mortgage" is becoming a buzz word in the mortgage industry, and the search volume for it is on the rise.

    http://www.collegescholarshipsolutions.com is another nice domain with high paying adsense clicks as well as high paying affiliate offers built in. It contains 1400 words of unique content.

    http://www.findwholesalejewlery.com is a typo domain, I can put the site up on any other domain that you'd like though. The wholesale jewelry niche is another high volume, high CPC niche. This site contains over 2100 words of unique content related to the wholesale jewelry niche.
