This does seem really fishy, hardly no search engine links, yet it shows hes getting tens of thousands from them, your selling a site that makes 7$k with hardly any work, why would one do such a thing, I don't think your reasons justify this, also if you look at Alexa his ranking is only 66K which is not much at all, over 70% of your traffic is from India which I thought Google Adsense only allowed US clicks because they wouldn't sell to them countries..

gives me only 70 results, so you get over 185K+ hits from google? If that would even be that you should be in Alexa's top 10K

So what happen to the 185K google links?

I am tired of people getting ripped off and I am going to be pushing everyone that trys to sell anything to anyone and make sure they are legit and not bullshit and I run several sites I know how to find out things, check things out, I would hope some of you would give me some REP points for all the help I'm trying to do, I hate too see DP users to get ripped off even though I just joined less then a month ago..

I recently broke my femur speed skating, so I'm in a wheel chair for about 2 months so I will be on here more often.

Also your stats/earning graphics seems like they have been photo shopped or a paint program was used to change or edit things..

I would hope you would really check out things before you even consider purchasing anything

if this site gets sold, i bet the new owner wont be able to make even 1k USD. website.seller will you sign a stamp paper agreement binding you with all you stated in favor of sale for this site? it must be registered with a court of law with penelty clause if it proved wrong. since i also belong to delhi, i would like to sign this contract where i'll pay you if your claims are right and you will pay me a penelty if any of these found to be wrong in later stage.
