    that would be great to have but in my opinoin there is no need for that much speed also you have to take into account that government probably has computers that go faster than that...every computer that we have now the government had access to 10 years ago

    At least the article explains that she didn't purposely pay for that sort of connection thinking it would do a whole lot for her. I don't know many websites that could push 40gb/s nor anyone who could consume that information so quickly. Might be good for large downloads over a p2p type network, though. But still, way too expensive for something like that.
