wow the competition is finally starting to get going! nice redesign bizzard! I think I'd quite like to see the Logo sitting on a darker colour... I know its a pain that logo (a bad choice of mine 18 months ago but I'm stuck with it now!). Dark grey does seem to sit well with it (as a lot of people have realised, from the PMs I'm getting) and I'm quite happy for that to be used, I just dont want it everywhere thats all. I like the panel under the header - I guess I'd use that as a portfolio slideshow - nice touch. I think I'd like to see a navigation further apart from the one I've already got... the three tabs...

I've had a really nice design PM'd to me by jnjnnino - he used quite a dark turquoise within the site (but not too much) also has a slide show effect similar to bizzards but hes (or shes) also added a nice background image touch which really looks good. It hi-lights to me that I like a mixture of both dark, bright and white colours. Still want it clean but not bland.

And like I said - if you need to use the dark grey to site behind that logo then feel free - I just dont want an all grey/black site.

So far, without a doubt, jr is clearly in the lead now. Hes taken this to a new level and I really like this design. Very well thought out, great colours and very professional looking. Great work jr

 

Thanks for joining in oalds but this really isnt what I'm looking for I'm sorry. Its extremely bright and doesnt look very professional. Feel free to have another go though

 

My 2nd attempt. It's been slightly scaled down. Colours etc could all be changed if needed.

Thanks thekingofkings! Wow thats completely diffferent! I quite like the deep header, but not keen on the pink thats been brought into it. Not keen on the image in the header...

Its a tough one this one... I find myself liking parts of it and disliking others! I like the fact that you've added a background image.

I think overall its just got too many colours, and I'm not a big fan of pink at all.

Thanks for coming up with something completely different to the others though. Its good to see.

JR still the clear leader so far.

 

Much better bizzard!! I still prefer JRs at the moment but this one brings you into a very close 2nd place. I think JRs looks a bit more professional with the additional graphics and background images etc.

Much better colours king... not wasting your time at all. Its just taking me a while to get my head around a completely different design. The bottom boxes seem a bit misplaced... possibly because the background image breaks them up from the main content.. not too sure.


I think with having a header that big, it would need something aswell as the logo to even it out, otherwise the logo will just get lost in it... but because that image is so busy I dont think you could afford to put anything else with it. Its a tough one this... I like it, but could I have it as my Web Design site?? I'm not sure in all honesty
